I believe that healing happens only in relation. You cannot heal fully alone, as trauma happened in relation or the absence of it. My space is open for the brave and sensitive people who experience life transitions, trauma or overwhelming emotional episodes and are looking for a space where they can receive loving presence and attuned guidance. Here you will receive the support and guidance you need to integrate the painful memories of the past, and finally be free of repeating patterns.
Holistically, trauma is not just one event. It´s something that happened that, at that time, we could not handle, as it was too overwhelming for our body and mind. This created survival strategies within us, making it hand for us to adapt, grow and feel well.
Trauma happens when we go through experiences that our system was not able to process or recover from easily, as it was lacking in resources and recovery.
Trauma can occur when:
– Something is too much, too soon.
– The intensity of stress continues for too long.
– There is a prolonged lack of resources, connection, or support.
– A person’s power and sense of agency are taken away.
– The demands and stressors exceed the resources available to navigate them.
– Our inner protective instincts and intuitive responses are blocked or suppressed.
– There isn’t enough space, time, or permission to heal.
When reflecting on our personal trauma, it is important to consider starting with the social, developmental, and cultural contexts of life. How we grew up, make us who we are today. Without this understanding, we miss critical aspects of our experience and healing journey.
The Effects of Trauma:
The symptoms of trauma come up and we call them triggers. The body and mind always look to to process and resolve life’s challenging experiences. Trauma can manifest in various ways, including:
– Physical Symptoms: Headaches, dizziness, muscle tension, digestive challenges, breathing difficulties, and sensations of tightness.
– Emotional Symptoms: Emotional numbness, fear, anxiety, overwhelm, feelings of helplessness, difficulty finding comfort, anger, and shame.
– Psychological Symptoms: Dissociation, mental rumination, low self-worth, negative self-talk, self-blame, memory issues, depression, and loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities.
– Relational and Social Symptoms: Isolation, loneliness, relational difficulties, and attachment struggles – anxiety or avoidance.
Healing from trauma needs a compassionate, holistic approach that honours your unique experience and the broad context of your life.
I’m a trauma survivor, certified trauma-informed coach, NARM practitioner. I create and sustain spaces in which people feel safe and recover their inner stability, truly becoming what they were meant to be before trauma happened.
I believe in the transformative power of attuned, present and loving support for trauma survivors. We all have a past, it´s how we create the present that is different.
I offer support on 3 levels: Cognitive, Emotional and Somatic. Understanding the issue helps us gain orientation, feeling our feelings and sensing their impact on our bodies helps us release tension, and thus we can embody the healing effects of nervous system regulation.
Trauma-Informed Approach: Using trauma-informed healing principles, I make sure that every space is safe, respectful, and empowering for you.
Authentic Connection: My priority is being present with WHAT IS, beyond any method or story. Offering you a space where you can experience being seen, heard and understood is my priority. My space is an open sanctuary where you can be your true self without judgment.
Compassionate Guidance: I am here to support your healing journey. My job is first to Listen and then offer guidance, inspiration, reflections and support every step of your way.
Loving Support: I approach our work with love and compassion, holding space for your healing and honouring your unique path.
Healing trauma is not about “fixing” what’s wrong with you— it’s about coming back into connection with your body, emotions, and inner truth. This structured path offers a safe, attuned space to slowly unwind stored survival energy and rediscover the aliveness underneath. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing your nervous system to integrate at a sustainable pace.

Trauma happens to all of us, even if we recognise it later in life & every trauma is different for everybody. By taking time to become self-aware of our activated or numb parts, we give space to what wants to be seen, received and loved back into integration.
In 6 sessions you’ll feel calmer in your body, get to know and use somatic tools for when you’re triggered, be able to assert the boundaries you’ve avoided, and shift at least one old pattern.
The Future has the Power to Rewrite the Past. Healing past energy creates a forward ripple effect. When we integrate shadow or trauma, it releases light and energy that was previously held in shadow, offering greater movement and freedom of will in the present.

We start by looking at your desired topics of healing, and the length of our exploration. We then book our first coaching session.

Over 12 weeks, we move through a trauma-informed process that rewires survival patterns, restores emotional flow, and anchors your nervous system in safety, presence, and inner strength.
12 weekly 90-minute sessions (in person or online)
Personalized somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and deepen embodiment
Reflective and integration prompts to bring healing into daily life
Voice message support between sessions for ongoing attunement and guidance
A customized integration plan at the end of the journey for continued growth
Optional ritual or nature-based session to ground your transformation in the body and the Earth
Sessions in English, German, Romanian – online or in-person
Sessions last from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your situation. I rarely offer one session as the Nervous System needs time to work and integrate on it´s topics.
Reduced fees – It is important for me that those who are serious about investing in their personal growth but do not currently have the financial means can also benefit from the coaching process. If this is the case please let me know and we will find a solution together.
Sessions can be paid with Twint or via bank transfer – both Euro and Swiss Francs. Session fees are not covered by the Swiss health insurance.
Emotional healing takes time. How long an integration process lasts depends on different elements, including the intentions set for the coaching and the integration into daily life. On average a Trauma-Integration process spans 6-20 sessions. A healthy amount of sessions is taking place 2-3 weeks apart, in crisis situations once a week. The coaching process may be ended anytime (with advance notice) by both the client or myself. In this case a final closure and feedback meeting should be planned as it is vital to the process.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty (24 hours in case of serious sickness or emergency). In case of a shorter term cancellation or arriving late to a session, the full amount for the session will be charged.
I adhere to a strict confidentiality value in my work with clients. I commit to not disclose anything that comes up during sessions or in communication between sessions to a 3rd party without explicit consent from the client.
