My Vision
I believe that trauma-informed healing is not a luxury — it’s a human right.
We all deserve access to tools, practices, and wisdom that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper inner transformation.
My vision is to contribute to a world where trauma is no longer carried in silence, isolation or shame. A world where we remember that healing is possible — and it begins inside each of us, and together we can rewrite the story of Belonging.
This page is my small offering toward that larger vision.
My Expertise
For over a decade, I’ve guided hundreds of beautiful humans—especially sensitive, high-achieving souls like you—through the journey of trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and true embodied resilience. My work weaves together somatic healing, emotional integration, and the sacred intelligence of the body.
But before I was a guide, I was a seeker too.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in old patterns, to over-give, to live on high alert, to disconnect from my own needs in order to stay safe or belong. I also know what it takes to come back—to regulate, to breathe again, to feel whole.

Meditation Practice
Alignment Meditation
This meditation is an invitation to come back into right relationship with yourself.
Rather than trying to calm, fix, or transcend anything, it gently supports your nervous system to orient, settle, and remember where it is — here, now, in your body.
The focus is on alignment:
between body and breath, between inner experience and present-moment reality, between your sensitivity and your capacity to stay with yourself.
This is not a visualization or a mindset practice — it’s a somatic meeting point where regulation, presence, and clarity can naturally emerge.
You can return to this meditation whenever you feel scattered, disconnected, emotionally full, or simply want to re-center before moving on with your day.
