My Expertise
For over a decade, I’ve guided hundreds of beautiful humans—especially sensitive, high-achieving souls like you—through the journey of trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and true embodied resilience. My work weaves together somatic healing, emotional integration, and the sacred intelligence of the body.
But before I was a guide, I was a seeker too.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in old patterns, to over-give, to live on high alert, to disconnect from my own needs in order to stay safe or belong. I also know what it takes to come back—to regulate, to breathe again, to feel whole.
